Network Post

Desktop to doorstep – an alternative to in-house print and mail

Network Post is a service from Print Image Network Ltd which offers an in-house printing service to local councils that want to save time and money on small A4 volume mailings.

Print Image Network specialises in large print runs, but understands that local authorities may need help printing small volume mailings that are often done in-house. These mailings, such postal vote applications, UC1s and IER confirmation letters may seem simple but can often be time consuming.  Network Post is a simple windows-based system that allows users to delegate the management of such A4 mailings, allowing staff to focus on more productive tasks.

Otherwise known as ‘hybrid mail’ or ‘print to mail’ Network Post work in exactly the same way.  It is easy to install and simple to use, once you have created your document and selected the Network Post printer driver – we do the rest. The service works best for colour or black and white A4 mailings, with or without printed attachments that can fit into C5 or DL envelopes.
